Creative Flair

Creative artist, illustrator and life coach, Lola Chapman first met Clever Business Websites back in 2012 after hearing about the company through a friend, a former employee at CBW. Lola was looking for a website that would bring together the two arms of her business under one brand.  Working as both an artist and a life coach, Lola felt that it would be best to present these under one umbrella, on the same website, for ease of administration as well as ensuring that any traffic to the website would get to see all that she can offer in one easy-to-navigate place.

Lola was keen to move forward with her new website and after a recommendation from a friend, decided that CBW was the best company to create what she had in mind.

A long-term relationship

Lola has had her website for almost five years now and recently had some additional work done to update its appearance and usability. She has found that the website has provided a platform for her business, a place to refer potential clients so that they can find out a bit more about what she can offer, in their own time. It is very visual, showcasing many pieces of artwork, a coaching video, information on her children's book series as well as a wonderful gallery and clear navigation throughout the whole site.

Exciting plans in store

The coming year is quite exciting for Lola.  She is not only officially launching the coaching arm of her business, in part by running her first workshop in June; but is also currently illustrating a children's book called 'Where is the Pot of Gold?' by Alison Ward, which she hopes will be published by 1st May this year.

In addition to all of this, she will be looking to send a manuscript out to publishers for her own children's novel, 'Panama Hat Series' which she has also illustrated, to see how it is watch this space!

What Lola said...

"CBW have recently redesigned my entire website to update the art side of my work and also incorporate the new life coaching business I am launching this year.  They have been a pleasure to work with; having the ability to understand my vision for the website and bring all of the disparate elements together to form one clean, beautifully presented, website, that is easy to navigate and draws together my two main offerings of art and coaching, seamlessly.  I would highly recommend them not only for their professionalism and efficiency, but also for their flare for design, which I think is demonstrated to a high level with my website.  Thank you CBW!"
