What were you looking for in your website, what did you hope to achieve?
We wanted a website which shows we are a family business that genuinely cares about our customers, and demonstrates our strong values in providing excellent service, value for money and respect for our customer's homes. We wanted a shop window which showcases all of the wonderful products we have on offer, and the suppliers we have chosen to partner with allowing our customer's to bring their dreams to life.
It needed to look crisp and clean whilst demonstrating that we are able to offer anything from traditional to contemporary doors and windows.
What made you choose CBW over another web design company?
We particularly loved working with Andy and Serena. Their advice from the outset was incredibly valuable, and continues to be so. Best of all was having a pay monthly plan which helped us manage our budget.
How has the website helped your business?
The website has done everything we wanted it to. It's very much a core part of our marketing strategy, and we are delighted to be getting regular leads from it.
What is in store for the coming year?
We want to remain ahead of the changes that take place in the industry, and share our knowledge with our customers. As and when these happen, watch this space!
