Customer Service is one thing that needs to be high on the agenda of any good business, if it is to succeed and excel in its offering.
With various changes to the Clever Business Websites team over the past year, we felt it prudent to carry out our own customer satisfaction survey in order to assess how our customers feel about us, and the work that we are doing for them.
Questioning the Client
We wanted to empower our clients, and give them the opportunity to let us know how we are doing.
Good customer service always starts with good communication. If both parties are fully aware of expectations and goals from the start of the relationship, this will set both parties up to work together on shared objectives to achieve the same end goal, or in our case, the same shared goals in website production, updates and support.
We were really pleased to hear some great feedback from our current clients, including many who had rated our services so highly that they had recommended us to others. Word of mouth recommendations are always very important, as it is a true reflection of a person’s actual experience of the company that is passed on this way, and it is always very rewarding for us to know that our customers are recommending us to their business friends and colleagues along the way.

Last month, we introduced you to our Technical Client Service Coordinator, Rachid Elouahabi. Rachid knows the importance of good customer service and strives to provide our customers with daily support, updating websites with additional content, listening to customer’s needs and requirements and making these into a reality. Rachid is part of a new team at Clever Business Websites, who are passionate about providing the best service to our growing customer base. Everyone has a part to play in the customer service promise, and all team members are enthusiastic about providing our clients with the best service and support.
There is no perfect business, and as with everything there can always be room for improvement. That is why, as a team we are committed to evaluating our performance, knowing our customers and areas that we can strive to be even better at. A good business never rests on its laurels, but always endeavours to achieve more. It is always our aim to be clear, concise and leave nothing to doubt. Websites are obviously a crucial part of a business, and therefore incorrect information or website downtime for our customers can potentially be detrimental. Our aim at Clever Business Websites is to make the process of building a website a simple one, and following on from that, providing support for updates and improvements to our customer’s sites in a stress-free simple way. Our updates form on our website comes directly through to our support inbox,that is monitored every day. We often exceed our timescales on completing updates and keep our customers informed on the progress of each update.
