Nick Harper - Managing Director
After starting his career in scientific research with Royal Signals and Radar Establishment (M.O.D) Nick moved into the telecoms arena with Siemens and started what has become a 20 year track record in technology business development. This has included designing and taking to market a video distribution platform (MediaGate) through to building a complete managed services division (Webgenerics Ltd.) within BSG culminating in a full IPO of BSG in July 2000. Nick still engages with many of the large UK IT channel players through his business development consultancy New Sales Ltd.

Rick Bector - Financial Director
Young, dynamic and an experienced finance director, Rick has worked for some of the best institutions in the United Kingdom, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and South Staffordshire Water to name just two. Rick joined Clever Business Websites during 2008 and has made a considerable contribution to the team and the business since being with us.

Ray Bannister - Commercial Director
Ray has over 35 years experience in managing his own companies. A true entrepreneur from the very early days when data capture was revolutionary to the modern day where Ray is seen as one of the foremost domain name purchasers in the United Kingdom and was one of only two people in the UK to be invited to attend the Traffic Domain Name conference in Orlando in May 2008.

Chris Richardson - Customer Relations Manager
Chris joined the company in December 2009 to concentrate on improving customer relationships and website analytics.  He is currently studying for his Google Advertising Professionals exam to add to the teams already considerable knowledge base.  Chris comes from a background in marketing and key account management and is working to increase the contact CBW Group has with its customers with regular updates and the introduction of the salesforce.com CRM platform.

Richard O'Donnell - Technical Project Manager
Richard has worked on some of our major projects and leads the way in all the key factors of development and design.  Always keeping up to date with trends and the latest SEO concepts he keeps the team focussed with all our projects.

Algirdas Sulcinskas - System Administrator
Algirdas Sulcinskas is a developer and linux system administrator for Clever Business Websites.  He develops important software for CRM using Web Services and other technologies.  He also uses his linux experience on keeping the thousands of the company's created sites running smoothly on multiple servers. Algirdas has a big interest in Internet technologies.

Andrew Orr - Lead Web Designer
Andrew has maintained sites of over 5,000 pages on large corporate websites, small business websites, and tiny personal Web pages and blogs, as well as several intranet and extranet sites.  He has also worked as a contract web designer on numerous sites. He has worked with nearly every Web technology including XML, CMS, HTML, PHP, Perl, C, JavaScript, Ruby, and Java.

Audrius Vaitonis - Senior Programmer
Audrius is an application developer who has been programming for over five years.  After receiving his MS in Media Arts and Computer Science, he started working as a web master and database administrator for a large e-commerce and marketing-based business.  Recently, he worked with a team of software programmers to develop a mission-critical web application for several distribution centres.
